Pike County sentencings

The following were sentenced Thursday by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen:

- Joshua Cherkes, 21, of Rowland, 72 hours to six months in county jail followed by six months probation, $1,300 fine, driver's license suspended one year, after pleading guilty to driving under the influence and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles.

- Shane Keller, 29, of Scranton, six to 12 months in county jail, $1,000 fine, after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Brandon Wheeler, 26, of East Stroudsburg, 30 days to six months in county jail, $750 fine, driver's license suspended one year, after pleading guilty to driving under the influence.

- Karyn Williams-Dauenhauer, 46, of Hawley, five to 23 months in county jail, $600 fine, after pleading guilty to bad check and theft by unlawful taking.

- Marquise Ferguson, 23, of East Stroudsburg, 11 to 23 months in county jail, $500 fine, after pleading guilty to simple assault.

- Allen South, 35, of Cape Coral, Fla., 25 days to 12 months, $500 fine, after pleading guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

- Emily Gerson, 53, of Bushkill, one year probation, $500 fine, after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance.

- Marc Gerson, 41, of Bushkill, two to five years in county jail, $1,000 fine, driver's license suspended six months, after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
