About Occasions:

Deadline is 16 days before Sun. publication and three days before weekday publication. We try to honor requests for exact publication dates. Announcements will not be accepted if the wedding date was one year ago or longer. There is no charge for this service.

We can only use original photos. No reproductions can be used. Black and white glossy, vertical photographs are preferred and reproduce best, but color photos also are acceptable. Photographs should be 5x7 inches or 8x10 inches. It is sometimes necessary to crop photos. We cannot guarantee full length reproduction.

We require that anniversaries, weddings and engagements be submitted on a special form provided free of charge by The Times. Completed forms will be accepted only if they are typed, printed or written out legibly.
